This page has not really been updated in quite a while—years—but I've generally pared down what was defunct. I love that word. I'll probably add back more links when I have more time.

• My Facebook page: I don't Tweet. You can't make me. And in life I have about a handful of real friends (and, man, are they!), but somehow, though I keep unfriending people on Facebook, I have about 750 there. Go figure. I do know that I would have no idea about what's going on in this little Ashland social scene if it weren't for Facebook. It's always fun to see who's "In a Relationship" on Sunday morning and "Single" by the following weekend. My page offers links to my friends, both real, virtual, and celebs who otherwise would not have anything to do with me (and don't anyway, I'm sure it's their PR people who maintain their pages). It's a fun way to kill idle time while watching bad movies or science shows, and to get into arguments with people you'd never talk to in real-life.
  
• My YouTube channel: You can watch pictures of my album covers while you listen to my music—there are also some "live" (at home) videos up there and some odds and ends. Look for the Playlists to begin.
  
• Wine Without Reason: My Southern Oregon original-music band, which we started in Fall of '10, has fallen fallow for the moment. We played many venues in the area before the climate changed. Our CDs, First Vintage and The Valley of Darkness, which I remain very proud of, can be found on CDBaby, iTunes, Amazon, and most streaming services. • The Smatter site: A legendary band I once played with many years ago recently regrouped and made some great recordings. Check out the music and fun.
  

Get your entertainment fix:

• Michael Nesmith's Home Page--The Videoranch: Michael Nesmith, one of my musical influences and heroes, has a great site, complete with his music, videos, merchandise, and live concerts from other artists. He recently resurfaced, both with a revitalized First National Band and also touring with Mickey Dolenz. I admire the man, his music, and I'm very happy that people are discovering/rediscovering him so many years later.
• The Official Beatles Home Page: Well, no reunions possible any more, only vastly expensive remixes and rereleases. How many times can I buy the White Album? Remember, the fabs were Apple before Apple was a computer and now all the Apples are living happily ever after on iTunes.
• George Harrison's Home Page: I guess All Things Must Pass, but we miss you, George!!!!
• Star Trek Home Page: The legend remains. You can't have nerdy Links page without this site. And Jean-Luc is returning!!!!
  
• Superman!: It's a bird, it's a plane. If I'm going to be childishly nerdy enough to include Star Trek, I have to include Superman, too. Click through the DC Links on the Superman page for Batman as well. All owned by Warner Bros™. This reminds me of my late friend, Alan, who I wanted to mention somewhere on this page.
• NASA: This is not really entertainment but it remains today's final frontier. And it's our (very minimal) tax dollars at work! This site has some beautiful movie files and the latest info on current missions. I'm wagering, though, that life from other planets will get here before we get there. I suspect they're here.

Friends of All Breeds

• Find a Pet!: Just about the most gratifying thing I've done in my life was to adopt three "rescue" animals--my late buddies Pacey, Laddie, and Cosmo, and my current old friend, Tucker. If you feel a void in your life--or even if you don't--you will never be sorry for adopting a pet.

• The Death Clock: Speaking of mortality, want to check yours out and see how much time you have left before you shuffle off this mortal coil (or whatever they say and whatever it means)? This site may be grim, but I bet you pass on the cheeseburger and fries after typing in your information. I have to say, their projection has not changed for me since I started typing in my data maybe fifteen years ago. So, kiddies, I really don't have to worry about climate change in the least!
• Find A Grave: And if that tain't grim enough, me laddie or lassie, this pretty neat site lets you locate and look at thousands of graves of famous and not-so-famous people without leaving the comfort of your own, er, mausoleum.
• Webcams Around the World: I've had to change this link every time I revise this page. Hopefully this one stays around. If you're like a lot of people I know, this is the quickest and easiest way to see the world, and you don't risk sitting next to someone infectuous on the airplane!
